Andrei Dragomir

Andrei Dragomir (M’09) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering at the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania, in 1999 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering at the University of Patras, Patras, Greece, in 2002 and 2006 respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, from 2006 to 2010. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston, Houston, TX. His current research interests include biocomplexity, neural engineering, pattern recognition, machine learning, and bioinformatics.
