Rosalie Wang

Rosalie Wang PhD, OT Reg. (Ont.) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, University of Toronto. She received her BSc. (Occupational Therapy) from the University of British Columbia. She completed her doctoral studies in Rehabilitation Science in collaboration with Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on assistive technologies to enhance function and quality of life, primarily with adults and older adults. Projects include the application of robotics, artificial intelligence, and gaming in stroke rehabilitation, advanced powered wheelchairs to support mobility independence, robots to assist with every day activities of older adults with cognitive limitations, and information and communication technology use among older adults with cognitive limitations.
